Churchill Commercial Capital employs a staff of experienced and sophisticated mortgage banking specialists engaged in loan origination and servicing for income-producing real estate. We assess and underwrite loans with insight, superior expertise and state-of-the-art technology, in order to meet our objective of quick and clean closings.

Churchill Commercial Capital – Production Team

Cynthia A. Hammond, CMB, President and C.E.O.
Cynthia formed Churchill Mortgage of Arizona, the predecessor to Churchill Commercial Capital, in 1994 after three years operating Hammond Commercial Real Estate Finance, five years in loan production with the mortgage banking subsidiary of John Hancock Life, two years as a real estate acquisitions analyst with public pension fund advisor First Chicago Investment Advisors and one year as a research analyst with a top producing investment division team at Grubb & Ellis.  She holds a B.S. in Economics, summa cum laude with honors, from Arizona State University.  Cynthia is an associate member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the Arizona District Council Executive Committee.  She holds memberships in Valley Partnership, Arizona Commercial Real Estate Women (past president, past National Director of Communications), Arizona Commercial Mortgage Lenders’ Association (past president), Phi Beta Kappa, Lambda Alpha International, and the Pima County Real Estate Research Council and has received her Certified Mortgage Banker designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association of America.  Cynthia holds active Real Estate Broker's licenses in Arizona and California.

Elizabeth Ganz, Vice President

 

Elizabeth rejoined Churchill Commercial Capital in November 2003.  Previously she spent four years as an Investment Sales Specialist at Grubb & Ellis' Phoenix, AZ office, and a combined seven years with First Interstate Bank and Mera Bank managing real estate sales and asset management.  As department head at First Interstate Bank of Nevada, she oversaw commercial REO disposition and advised the loan workout group on marketability of existing collateral to form workout/restructure strategies. Betsy has extensive experience in asset assessment and positioning and gain/loss analyses to maximize bank proceeds from sales of assets. She served on the Board of the Upward Foundation and on the ASU Art Museum Advisory Board.  Betsy is currently active in Boys Team Charities and Circle the City Homeless Outreach program, Andre House and is a St. Vincent de Paul volunteer.  Betsy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona, and holds an active Arizona real estate sales license.

Michael J. Doyle, Associate
Michael rejoined Churchill Commercial Capital in April 2007 after a period with Hypo Real Estate Capital Corporation in New York, NY.  At Hypo, Michael was responsible for a portfolio of credit facilities exceeding $2 billion in consideration.  Originally, Michael joined Churchill Commercial Capital in 2003 as an Analyst after one year in the Valuation & Advisory Services divsion of CB Richard Ellis.  Michael earned concurrent Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Management from Arizona State University.  Additionally, Michael holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

E. Thomas Ryan, III, Associate

Tom joined Churchill Commercial Capital in April 2005 after a period with Cooper Financial, Inc., a local commercial banker, where he produced, anlayzed and underwrote commercial mortgage loans. Tom gained extensive sales and marketing experience over his fifteen year career as a marketing/sales director with Longboat Global Advisors, an investment advisory and asset management firm, at Visitalk.com as a procurement manager, and in positions with Inacom Information Systems, AIG and Transamerica.  Tom earned a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and communications from University of San Diego.  He is an active member of NAIOP, Valley Partnership and the Arizona Commercial Mortgage Lenders’ Association, and holds an Arizona Real Estate Sales license.
