Churchill Commercial Capital has arranged over $2 billion in financing for clients since our formation in 1994. Each year, we originate hundreds of millions of dollars of loans and equity investments secured by properties located throughout the western United States. Transactions include acquisition financing, refinancing of existing mortgages, construction financing, and forward commitments. By working closely with all of our lenders, we have been able to structure a varied representation of recent financings, ranging from apartment buildings and hospitality properties to retail, industrial, office and medical space.
