Phoenix, Arizona — Churchill Mortgage of Arizona, Inc. closed a $9.6 million loan secured by Camelback Lakes, a multi-tenant office complex consisting of four, two & three story office buildings containing 203, 294 square feet. The property is located at 2710-2850 East Camelback Road, Phoenix, Arizona. Koll/PER, LLC recently acquired the office complex which is 90% occupied. Churchill’s loan correspondent, Allstate Investments, LLC funded the eight year, interest only loan which was an additional funding alongside existing debt held by Allstate. Cindy Hammond, President of Churchill Mortgage of Arizona, Inc. arranged the financing which funded on November 29, 2006.
