Tucson, AZ — Betsy Ganz and Cynthia Hammond of Churchill Commercial Capital, Inc. have arranged a ten-year, $18.0 million loan secured by a 124,931 square foot retail center anchored by Fry’s, Bed Bath “N Beyond and Crossroads Six Theatres. The property, Crossroads Festival is highly successful 99% occupied shopping center located at the intersection of Grant and Swan Roads in Central Tucson, at the base of the Catalina Foothills. Churchill Commercial Capital arranged the financing one year ago on a forward commitment for funding June 1, 2007. Key Bank lent the money to Crossroads Canada, LLC, refinancing a loan that Churchill had placed nine years earlier.
