Phoenix, Arizona — Churchill Commercial Capital, Inc. has re-hired Michael Doyle as an Associate to originate debt and equity for commercial property owners, and has hired Wendie Gilkey as Administrative Assistant.  Mr. Doyle has re-joined our team after a year with Hypo Real Estate Capital Corporation as an associate asset manager, where he analyzed structured debt transactions for some of the largest property owners nationwide.  Michael, a graduate of Arizona State University with degrees in management and finance, was previously an analyst and later a loan producer with Churchill Mortgage of Arizona (predecessor to Churchill Commercial Capital) as well as a Researcher in the Valuation and Advisory Services division of CB Richard Ellis.   Ms. Gilkey joins us from McJames Mortgage Corp. where she spent 5 years as their sales manager.

Churchill Commercial Capital, Inc. announces the promotion of Rafal Rak to Senior Loan Analyst, and of Diann Hammond to Mortgage Administrator.  Mr. Rak joined Churchill Commercial Capital in December 2005 after 1.5 years as a commercial mortgage accountant with Madison Marquette in Minneapolis, MN and 1.5 years as a junior financial analyst with Cullinan Properties in Peoria, AZ.  Mr. Rak holds a B.S. in Economics from University of Illinois.  Ms. Hammond joined Churchill Commercial Capital in March 2005 after 10 years at US Bancorp Piper Jaffray as wire operator, cashier and sales assistant.
