Phoenix, Arizona —Churchill Mortgage of Arizona, Inc. closed a ten year, $2.5 million loan secured by a 46,000 square foot, two-story multi-tenant flex industrial building, located at 22601 N. 17th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona. Tom Ryan with Churchill Mortgage of Arizona arranged the financing, which was provided by Advantus Capital Management. Churchill and its affiliates service approximately $3.8 billion in commercial mortgages for nineteen correspondent lenders comprised of life companies, banks and pension funds.
