Phoenix, Arizona — Churchill Mortgage of Arizona, Inc. closed a $13.85 million loan secured by MetroCenter Business Park, four building multi-tenant office park consisting of 132,212 square feet located at 10000 N. 31st Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona. The property is 83% occupied. Churchill’s loan correspondent, PNC Real Estate Finance, funded the 10 year loan, which closed concurrent with the property acquisition. Cindy Hammond, President, of Churchill Mortgage of Arizona, Inc. arranged the financing which funded on February 1, 2007.
