Scottsdale, Arizona — Churchill Mortgage of Arizona, Inc. closed a ten year, $2.45 million loan secured by Scottsdale Ridge, a 10,550 square foot office condominium located on the first floor of a newly constructed, Class “A” office building, located on the NEC of Deer Valley Road and Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale, Arizona. George O’Connell with Churchill Mortgage of Arizona arranged the financing for Howard Lein Development Company, which was provided by The Arizona Worker’s Compensation Fund. Churchill and its affiliates service approximately $3.8 billion in commercial mortgages for nineteen correspondent lenders comprised of life companies, banks and pension funds.
